The Massachusetts School Psychologists Association is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to offer contact hours. The Massachusetts DESE requires the completion of a pretest, (see below). You must complete this with your registration. A posttest is also required and will be taken at the end of the online course. Participants must read all of the papers, practice the cases/scenarios and answer comprehension questions, to satisfy state regulations in order to receive 10 contact hours. Each participant is responsible for knowing and meeting the Massachusetts DESE licensure requirements.

CPD HOURS: The Massachusetts School Psychologists Association is approved by the National Association of School Psychologists to offer continuing professional development hours (CPDs) for school psychologists. MSPA maintains responsibility for the programs.

CE HOURS: The Massachusetts School Psychologists Association has been approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education credit (CE Hours).
